If you have a staircase at work, use 15 minutes out of your lunch break to jog up and down it or get some fresh air and do several laps around your office building with a work colleague.  The key is to understand that everybody NEEDS exercise to live a healthy life, but you also need to find a balance that works for you. I personally love challenging myself and always try to find things I’m not good at, so that I can practice and become better and better. The feeling of satisfaction when you get there is the best!
